Anna finished a successful 35-year career consulting Fortune 500 companies in finance and human resources. In addition to advising clients on communications, merger integration and organizational change, she served as managing partner of the global consultancy’s Seattle, Portland and Phoenix offices.
After consulting, Anna focused her work on community boards and consulting startup businesses.
Anna serves as a public member of the Arizona Supreme Court Judicial Council following her service on the Arizona State Bar Board of Governors, Judicial Performance Review conference team member, Lawyer Discipline System Oversight Committee, and Alternative Business Structure Review Board.
“Professor Thomasson” is a Faculty Associate at the ASU W.P. Carey Business School where she teaches business strategy and leadership along with leading the Executive Connections MBA mentorship program.
Anna is an active member of the Franciscan Renewal Center serving several ministries.
Before being elected to Town Council in 2018, Anna was a member of the Paradise Valley Board of Adjustment.
Anna is a passionate and collaborative councilmember working tirelessly to protect our quality of life and keep us safe.
Anna has resided in Paradise Valley since 1994. She and her husband Gary are proud grandparents of six as well as owners of two German Shepherds.
